We at Helix Medical are committed to ensuring that our products have the highest quality and precision. This is a demand we make both of processed materials and our own processes and procedures.

We manufacture our precision-moulded parts from silicone and thermoplastics in cleanrooms (ISO Class 8) using low-consumption machinery. We design and manufacture injection-molding tools ourselves, falling back on the decades of experience that our toolmakers have.

Our modern machinery is fully electric and enables manufacture of the highest precision, even of miniaturised components, under ideal production parameters and using process parameters that are optimally reproducible.

Together with our customers, our technology specialists in the Sales, Process Technology, Production and Quality Assurance departments develop customised product solutions that are individually tailored to their requirements.
