Our entire production line, from manufacturing area to cleanrooms, is dedicated to the highest standards of purity in our products.

This means we produce exclusively in cleanrooms of Class 8 (DIN ISO 14644), guaranteeing utmost purity with our products. They are designed as a room-in-room concept, enabling individual expandability and optimum flexibility. Planning, implementation and approval always ensue in accordance with DIN ISO 14644. High-quality materials for walls and ceilings, the latest high-performance air-conditioning technology and supervised operations mean that our manufacturing cells provide a working environment of ultimate cleanliness.

Helix Medical Europe is setting benchmarks, in particular with its innovative cleanroom concept for the manufacture of injection-molding components. In this context, only processes that are absolutely mandatory will be found in the cleanroom. By placing the injection-molding machinery outside the cleanroom, any contamination, for instance when changing or installing tools, is eliminated. These and other process steps can be carried out without affecting the cleanroom environment.

The crucial steps in the production process, such as molding and transporting the components from the machine to the cleanroom, take place in a controlled, clean environment. Here, we ensure utmost cleanliness with our effective manufacturing design.
